Landscaping and sidewalk work for 1063 project to bring intermittent traffic impacts week of April 17

During the week of April 17, crews will continue sidewalk and landscaping work along the sides of the 1063 Block Replacement Project. There will be intermittent lane closures and other impacts to traffic on:

  • 11th Avenue
  • Capitol Way
  • Columbia Street
  • Union Avenue

There also will be intermittent impacts to pedestrian traffic along 11th Avenue. During this work, flaggers will be in place and traffic delays are expected to be minimal.

A camera mounted on the roof of the General Administration Building is pointed at the work site allowing viewers to watch the progress of the construction on the project website. The camera image is refreshed every 15 minutes.
