To begin recruitment, you will need to submit the following required forms to your assigned HR Consultant:

  1. Updated or new Position Description Form (PDF):
  • WGS - This is for all general classified job classes that are not information technology positions
  • WMS - This is for all Washington Management Service positions that are not information technology positions
  • Exempt - This is for all positions exempt from state civil service positions that are not information technology positions
  • Information Technology - This is for all IT positions, regardless of job classification and compensation structures
