Leading and working with teams is the focus of this highly interactive workshop. Styles of leadership and the impact of team and organizational characteristics will be discussed. Using simulations, you will have an opportunity to observe others and practice your own leadership behaviors. The workshop will focus on leadership lessons learned that can be immediately applied.
