The MBTI was the result of a great deal of research by Katherine Briggs and Elizabeth Myers. Katherine studied the works of C.G. Jung and along with her daughter Elizabeth, developed an inventory designed to help individuals, couples, groups and organizations learn to be more effective in their relationships. In this seminar we will explore the four dimensions of human behavior and the eight dichotomies that define each dimension. The dimensions include: where we get our ‘energy’; how we gather information; how we make decisions; and how we choose to live our lives. This highly interactive experience focuses on how these principles apply to learning to be more effective in the workplace environment.
