Reduced Customer Service Due to Furloughs
The Department of Enterprise Services is reducing its customer service beginning in late June due to mandatory employee furloughs. The furloughs will be deployed based on the unique customer needs of each business line. Unless otherwise listed here, services will continue as normal. Please note, you may experience slower processing and response times. We appreciate your patience.
- DES Fleet Operations will be closed on July 10, 17 and 24.
- Customers are advised to not schedule maintenance or other repairs on these days.
- Pickup and delivery services will not occur on July 10, 17 and 24.
- The administrative office at 616 Cherry Street S.E. in Olympia will be staffed on those days and will accept USPS and FedEx mail for processing if delivered by 4:20 p.m.
The Office of Risk Management will be closed July 2, 6, 17, and 24.
