Capital City Pride Festival to bring estimated 5,000 to Capitol Campus June 23

The Department of Enterprise Services' has issued a permit for the 2019 Capital City Pride Festival on Sunday, June 23.

Festival organizers estimate that 5,000 people will attend the annual event, which could affect traffic and parking on Capitol Campus. The event includes a noon parade from the flag circle lawn near the Legislative Building to Heritage Park, where festival activities are scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m.
