Send feedback

Before officially filing proposed rule updates, DES is seeking stakeholder feedback on a rule draft through Dec. 2 2019, such as:

    • Are there any places where we missed clean up or alignment (are there any inconsistencies), including use of terminology and definitions?
    • Are the draft rules clear and easy to understand?

The feedback deadline is Dec. 2, 2019. Please send your thoughts via this online feedback form.

Next steps:

  • After the official filing, there will be a formal public comment period, including a public hearing.
  • DES will share a transcript of the public hearing and our response to all comments before we finalize any rule.
