Maintenance and repairs will temporarily close Marathon Park Pedestrian Bridge during the first week of November
The Department of Enterprise Services will be making repairs to the Marathon Park Pedestrian Bridge during the week of Nov. 5, 2018. The bridge will be closed 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Signage will be posted around Heritage Park and Marathon Park walkways to alert visitors of the closure.
The repairs will replace planking and secure it to the bridge structure. The work is intended to enhance pedestrian safety and extend the life of the structure.
