Tree treatments to take place on Capitol Campus April 9

Treatments to improve tree health and longevity will take place on west Capitol Campus on Monday, April 9.

Work is weather-dependent and scheduled from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m.

Kwanzan flowering cherry trees on Cherry Lane, located east of the Temple of Justice and the Legislative Building, will be treated to prevent fungus on the foliage.

The treatments will be conducted by contractor Wolbert's Plant Essentials.

May 1 update: A second round of treatments will take place from 6 to 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 3.
