Tree work scheduled on Capitol Campus Dec. 3

OLYMPIA — Treatments will be done to improve tree health along Cherry Lane on Dec. 3.

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services has contracted with Wolbert’s Plant Essentials of Olympia for the effort.

A root treatment will be applied to the Kwanzan cherry trees on both sides of Cherry Lane on west campus. The treatment helps prevent root disease and provides micronutrients for improved tree health.

There will be no traffic or pedestrian impacts during the work.
