OLYMPIA — Five dead conifer trees will be removed from the northeast corner of the Natural Resources Building parking lot to eliminate a potential safety hazard as the winter storm season approaches.

The work will begin at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2. It will bring noise impacts from chainsaws and some parking spaces near the work will be closed. In addition, sidewalks on the corner of 11th Avenue and Jefferson Street will be closed.
