To receive the bulletin email update:
1) Click the "Sign up for email/text updates" link above.
2)Submit your email address.
3) Under "Subscription Topics," go to "For Government" and select "Contracting and Purchasing." This will open a drop-down where you can select "Contracts Connection."
The Purchasing Biweekly Bulletin, your source for master contract news and updates since the early 2000s, will now be known as Contracts Connection.
Contracts staff at the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) made the name change to better describe the mission of the bulletin for customers. Contracts Connection will still be distributed by email to subscribers every two weeks.
The bulletin emails will be archived by DES's Contracts and Procurement division, and can be provided on request. Questions about the new bulletin format can be directed to Bart Potter, (360) 407-9431.
DES made this change based on results of a 2016 survey and consultation with the Procurement Customer Advisory Group.
