Master contract queue

Status for master contract procurements that are in the works right now can be viewed on the Planned Procurement page here.  The following new master contracts are in the early stages of development, but once work advances they will appear on the Planned Procurement page as well:

RFID: Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects.

Personal protective equipment: Masks, gloves, face shields, gowns, etc.

Legal support services:

  • Litigation support includes both trial/courtroom presentation services and discovery services. Trial/courtroom services may include courtroom setup and breakdown, duplication of videotapes, graphic design and production, courtroom trial support, video editing/synchronization, site surveys, aerial videography, and many other things.
  • Electronic discovery (eDiscovery) is the process of identifying and delivering electronic information that can be used as evidence in legal cases. eDiscovery services encompass both information technology and legal processes serving attorneys and their clients.

Potential master contracts

DES is inviting customers to comment on this list that DES is researching to see if there is justification for a new state contract. Please send comments by email to help DES determine the level of customer demand for these contracts.

Suggest a new contract

To submit a suggestion for a new master contract, email DESContractsStrategy@des.wa.gov and put “Contract suggestion” in the subject line.

Suggest a new product on an existing contract

Let DES know if we can help add a product you need to an existing contract. The vendor for the proposed product must be already on the contract; DES will need to verify that the scope of the contract allows the vendor to add a product. Email your request directly to the contract specialist managing the contract or email DES Contracts and Procurement at DESContractsStrategy@des.wa.gov.
