DES Facility Professional Services (FPS) is the Public Works Authority for many government agencies and the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) campuses.

Submit a request 

To start a Public Works Project, you must submit a PWR-Public Works Request form (XLS).

 Once we get your competed form, we assign a state project number and project manager.
