Design-Build Project Selections

Within RCW 39.10.300, per requirements in RCW 39.10.270, DES has been certified through the project review committee to use the Design-Build procedure, when appropriate. For additional information, please visit the Design-Build and GC/CM Alternate Public Works Page.

This page includes Current Design-Build selections as well as Past Design-Build selections can be found in the table below.

The submissions are public records and will be disclosed. Following the selection completion, the Statement of Qualifications and Proposals will be posted on this webpage.

PWSBE certification

Starting July 1, 2026, DES will use the Public Works Small Business Enterprise (PWSBE) certification to track small business participation on public works projects. Only subcontractors certified as PWSBE will be counted toward participation goals, so prime contractors should plan early and encourage partners to get certified.

DES uses a public procurement bidding portal (Euna Procurement) that allows you to submit bids and statements of qualifications and proposals to DES online.
