The Department of Enterprise Services (DES), under the authority of RCW 43.82.010, is responding to Legislative Proviso SSB 5195, instructing DES to sell the two properties described below as surplus to its needs and is seeking solicitations for the sale of the properties.

This solicitation is conducted pursuant to RCW 43.17.400. The State has completed its 60 Day window wherein this solicitation was opened to "Preferred Entities Only (as defined in RCW 43.17.400)." With no expressed interest, the solicitation is now open to the public.
