DES is overhauling the Learning Management System, the state’s online learning platform. The new platform will allow employees to better find, schedule, complete and track both required and desired training.
The LMS is getting a new name – The Learning Center, or TLC. The new name more accurately reflects the full suite of learning opportunities that will be presented in a more engaging and intuitive platform for public employees.
