Program Management is a group of related projects that are managed in a coordinated manner to maximize benefit and positively transform organizational performance.

The certificate program follows PMI methodology and is  comprised of 5 classes:

PMCP courses have been approved by PMI for professional development units (PDU). Each hour is equivalent to 1 PDU.
