The ability to manage priorities is key to personal and professional success in today’s workplace. This course provides participants with the tools to analyze priorities, handle interruptions, delegate, manage multiple priorities and learn techniques to use in the workplace where priorities change daily.


Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course you should be able to:

  • Identify and document individual priorities of present or anticipated work situations.
  • Identify tools to handle interruptions.
  • Describe and demonstrate how to manage competing priorities.
