This is required training for managers who are responsible for ensuring compliance, authorizing procurements, managing agency-wide procurement risk,and delegating procurement authority.

State employees can only get credit for taking this training in the Washington State Learning Center.
Anyone who takes this training is also required to take WA-State Purchasing and Procurement Ethics.
