Annual spending reports

The Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) publishes annual reports on what agencies spend with certified minority- and women-owned businesses. Results are presented as a percent of overall agency spending. The reports also give information on spending with small businesses and veteran-owned businesses.  

Data dashboard

The data dashboard below gives details on our statistics in the OMWBE report. It also includes information on spending with self-identified minority- and women-owned businesses, and information on purchase card spending.  

For goods and services, if a business has multiple certifications it will show up under each of the certification totals. Individual totals may not add up to the same amount in the total combined spend. 

For public works subcontracting data, if a business has multiple certifications, it is only counted under one of the certifications.
