About Mail Services

Our core function is to streamline, process, and deliver government mail.

We provide service to state agencies, colleges and universities, political subdivisions, and non-profits through statewide contract #02624.

Our service commitments

Next day campus (interoffice) mail

  • When received at Print & Mail by 5 p.m., interoffice mail is delivered the next business day.
  • If received by 11 a.m., delivery may be same day but is not guaranteed.

Tracking

  • Print & Mail provides continuous electronic barcode tracking of all incoming USPS accountable mail.
  • Campus mail tracking is available upon request.

Presort

We sort outgoing mail from our customers prior to sending it USPS in exchange for a postage discount that is then passed on to our customers.

  • Same day presort letter mail: When received at Print & Mail by 1:30 p.m., mail is delivered to USPS the same day with discounted postage.
  • Next day presort letter mail: When received at Print & Mail after 1:30 p.m. and before close of business, mail is delivered to USPS the next day with discounted postage.
  • Same day full rate letter mail: When received at Print & Mail by 5:00 p.m., mail is delivered to USPS the same day. Full rate mail is metered at full postage rate and submitted without presorting.

Mail design assistance

  • We provide design and consulting services to help realize cost savings through postal discounts.

Inserting

Printed material is run through a machine and inserted into an envelope to create a mail piece.
