Family Medical Leave Act for Supervisors (eLearning)
The Family Medical and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) supports a fundamental principle: employees should not have to sacrifice their own well-being or the care of their loved ones to keep their job. FMLA acknowledges that workers are not just contributing to the success of the business, but they also contribute to the health and well-being of their families. This course provides you with basic information regarding FMLA.
