Procurement Customer Advisory Group (PCAG)

The Procurement Customer Advisory Group helps guide Washington state procurement strategy for goods and services. Originally formed to help DES implement procurement reform, the group is composed of senior procurement managers from a representative group of state agencies and institutions of higher education. The group meets quarterly to advise DES on key strategic initiatives.


PCAG members:

  • Provide advice and agency perspectives regarding our enterprise procurement policies.
  • Offer recommendations for changes to procurement laws, policies, and priorities.
  • Develop, lead, and participate in initiatives of interest to support enterprise procurement.
  • Typically serve as procurement leads or senior managers at their agencies.
