In November, weekend electric work will close the Plaza Garage. The garage will be open during regular weekday hours.

The garage will be closed

Nov. 9-11 (Veterans Day Weekend)
Nov. 16 & 17
Nov. 23 &24

For safety reasons, no access to the garage will be available during these weekends. A sign will be posted at each entrance notifying people of the temporary closures. The power to the garage will be turned off during electric work.

Remove vehicles by 7 p.m. on Fridays

While weekday parking will not be impacted, parkers need to remove their vehicles from the Plaza Garage by 7 p.m. each Friday before work begins.

Ramp closure

In addition, the entrance ramp to the garage at Capitol Way and 14th Ave., and the lane leading to it, will be closed Nov. 9-27. The ramp will be used for trucks to enter and exit the garage during the work without disrupting weekday employee traffic. All other entrances and exits to the garage will be open during the week.
