JOC Evaluation Committee

This committee reviews the data, looks at best practices, and recommends updates to JOC statute. Meetings occur every three months, on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

JOC Activities

Legislation was passed in 2019 which opened Job Order Contracting (JOC) to all public agencies in the State of Washington. The JOC Evaluation Committee published the JOC Best Practices Manual (2021) and conducted several training courses throughout the state in 2022 and 2023. The Committee is focusing outreach to smaller firms who would be performing the work on JOC projects.
