JOC Activities
Legislation was passed in 2019 which opened Job Order Contracting (JOC) to all public agencies in the State of Washington. The JOC Evaluation Committee published the JOC Best Practices Manual (2021) and conducted several training courses throughout the state in 2022 and 2023. The Committee is currently focusing our outreach on smaller firms who would be performing the work on JOC projects. The Committee plans to offer additional trainings based on interest collected via the following survey. This survey is scheduled to close by Friday, October 18, 2024.
