Capitol Campus Update: DES putting up fence around Pritchard construction site

Fencing will be delivered and installed around the Pritchard construction site on March 11, 2024.

Where: Joel Pritchard State Library (Pritchard) and surrounding area.

What's happening: Crews will deliver construction fencing for the Pritchard Rehabilitation and Expansion Project on Monday, March 11. Crews will begin erecting fencing around the jobsite on Monday as well.

Impact: Construction fencing will enclose the area around the Pritchard building and extend to the east and south around the Pritchard parking lot. Parking in the Pritchard lot will be limited. Impacted parkers have been notified. Delivery trucks will arrive on site via Sid Snyder and Water Street.

When: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All work is weather dependent. The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services has contracted with BNBuilders at Seattle for this effort.
