Capitol Campus Update: Expect noise and closed trails at Heritage Park

People using the walking trail in Heritage Park
Trail maintenance will bring intermittent closures and noise April 15-19.

Where: Heritage Park

What's happening: Workers will lay gravel to even the terrain on trails.

Impact: There will be noise from tractors and portions of the trails will be closed temporarily. Signs directing pedestrian traffic will be posted in the work areas.

When: 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 15-19, 2024.

All work is weather dependent. The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Buildings and Grounds employees will be performing this work.
