OLYMPIA — The Governor's Mansion Foundation is hosting Mansion tours to showcase spring colors on the Mansion grounds and honor veterans.

In recognition of Memorial Day, past and present Mansion residents and family members who have served in the Armed Forces will be honored along with all veterans who have served.

Visitors will receive a red poppy and see the Mansion's new family photo display. The red poppy is the national symbol of remembrance and a pledge to "never forget" those who served to protect our freedom.

The half-hour tours are free and open to the public. For reservations, complete an online mansion tour request form. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Each tour is open to 30 guests and spots fill up fast.
