The Online Recruiting System (OLRS) is an enterprise wide, web-based tool powered by NEOGOV, a third party vendor. It is one place for job seekers to find and apply for state agency jobs.
OLRS provides support for the following functions:

The state's user guidance document and training materials for the online recruiting system are available on a secured SharePoint site. A list of the available guidance documents on the SharePoint site are below. To access the OLRS SharePoint site, you will need to be given permission.
To request access to the OLRS Guidance SharePoint site, submit a request in the DES IT Support Center ZenDesk Portal ticketing system https://desitsupport4u.des.wa.gov. Select Online Recruiting System/NEOGOV Request Form and then SharePoint Site Access in the OLRS/NEOGOV Request Type field.
If outside the SGN, you must first create a SAW account https://secureaccess.wa.gov/public/saw/pub/displayRegister.do. When requesting access to the OLRS SharePoint site, include the email address associated with your SAW account, as well as your name, agency, and work email (if different from your SAW account email).
