Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)

Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) are harmful greenhouse gases that are present in some industrial cooling products. This training will help you write solicitations with a preference for products that do not contain HFCs.

State and higher education employees should take the "WA-State Environmental Procurement Preference" training through the Washington State Learning Center for a certificate of completion.

If you complete this course within the WA-State Learn Center, you will receive three one-minute boosters within the first 3 months of completing the course. These boosters help keep course information fresh in your mind.
