Feeling stressed at work, at home, or both? You're not alone! The Center for Disease Control reports that stress levels among American workers are at an all-time high. But it doesn't have to be this way.

In this workshop, we'll explore stress in the workplace. We'll delve into its causes, teach you how to identify it, and offer strategies for managing it. We'll also explore the concept of happiness, uncovering what truly brings us joy and how we can live more fulfilling lives at work and beyond. When you leave this workshop, you'll have a personalized toolkit for reducing stress that you can put into action right away.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this class, you should be able to: 

  • Assess your current stress level and help others to do the same.
  • Understand the impacts of stress on you and others.
  • Build personal and organizational resilience
  • Design an individualized resilience plan to mitigate the impacts of stress.
