The Importance of Self-Care
In today's world, the demand to achieve more with limited resources is common. This often causes people to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and frustrated, and it leads to decreased energy levels. As a result, work productivity and the overall workplace atmosphere suffer, further leading to conflicts, diminished morale, and a lack of motivation. A key solution to these challenges is practicing self-care. This training explores the concept of self-care, its positive impacts, and the consequences of neglecting it. Additionally, you will identify common self-care obstacles, such as unrealistic expectations and societal norms, and develop a plan to overcome them.
