Course Description: This course is designed to teach methods for creating cultures of trust trough the development of psychological safety. Individuals, teams, and leaders will learn the importance of creating an intentional space to idea share and collaborate without fear of failure. 

Performance Objectives:

·       Understand the components of psychological safety

·       Identify barriers that might cause a person to create a potentially negative environment where their ideas are not welcomed, and persons work in fear of failure

·       Develop a personal strategy to improve trust, idea sharing, collaboration, neurodiversity psychological safety and team morale
