This course equips you with the skills to effectively lead meetings, even in the presence of power imbalances and competing priorities. It helps you find ways to increase team engagement and participation during meetings as well as lead productive and collaborative meetings while maintaining authority. Throughout the course, you will reflect on past meeting experiences, learn from colleagues, and practice new collaboration, negotiation, and power balancing techniques.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
