Creating Connection & Belonging on Teams Workshop
Leading remote and hybrid teams is now common. Team members may feel isolated, burned out, and like they don't belong. How can leaders bring people together while apart? In this workshop, leaders will learn practical ways to meet with intention, focusing on purpose to connect people, and create a sense of belonging.
