This course covers the basics of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and relationship management. It also teaches you how to appropriately work through situations involving conflict or strong emotions. You will learn tools for appropriately navigating your professional relationships and various social situations.

• Recognize the importance of self-awareness and its impact on personal and professional development.
• Identify the components of emotional intelligence and the connection to effective personal and professional development.
