5 Behaviors Team Development
Build truly cohesive and effective teams that deliver results. Inspired by Patrick Lencioni's best-selling story on leadership, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this program focuses on applying the principles of The Five Behaviors® model. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own contributions to the team's growth and success. They will learn to recognize the impact of their role on the team's dynamics. This course covers interpersonal skills, productive conflict, honoring commitments, fostering accountability, and achieving team goals. To kickstart the learning journey, each participant will complete an online Team Assessment and Conflict Profile ahead of time.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
· Work effectively with others by applying critical behaviors and interpersonal skills.
· Evaluate your team’s overall scores on the key behaviors in The Five Behaviors model.
· Assess and understand your personal and team members’ personality styles based the Everything DiSC® model, and how these contribute to the overall success of the team.
· Recognize productive and unproductive conflict behaviors in yourself and your teammates.
