StrengthsFinder for Leaders and Managers
Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® Assessment is often called the top tool for increasing emotional intelligence at work. Effective leadership requires a solid understanding of oneself. In this workshop, we'll explore your top 10 strengths and identify five common pitfalls leaders face, linked to the four strength domains.
StrengthsFinder is engaging and memorable, offering leaders and managers a chance to invest in their strengths while recognizing healthy limits. This workshop aims to develop collaborative, low-ego workplaces. By joining this interactive two-day experience, you'll get materials to help you keep learning how to create a strengths-focused workplace.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
- Identify the crucial difference between a talent and a strength.
- Leverage your strengths for impactful situational leadership.
- Recognize five common leadership pitfalls that can detract from purpose and undermine connection.
- Gain insight into employee motivations, natural talents, and roles even when your staff have not yet taken the CliftonStrengths Assessment.
Requirements and Responsibilities: By enrolling in this course, you commit to completing the CliftonStrengths Assessment at least one week before class begins. This assessment will take about 45 minutes. You will receive an email with instructions to access your assessment two weeks before class starts. Failure to complete the assessment will result in removal from the course, and your agency will be invoiced regardless of your participation level.
