Recruitment and Interviewing Preparation (eLearning)
This module provides you with comprehensive knowledge and skills for effective recruitment and interviewing processes. You will learn how to work with Human Resources (HR) to navigate agency policies, develop position descriptions, and create recruitment timelines. The module covers strategies for inclusive job postings and essential interviewing techniques including Performance Based interviewing, Structured Interview questions, and the STAR method. You will also learn about candidate selection from certified lists while maintaining confidentiality throughout the process. This module provides practical resources that you can reference during and after completion.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

- Create and update position descriptions in collaboration with HR.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment timelines with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
