Self Esteem and Our Internal Dialog
Low self-esteem affects us in many ways. Low confidence can make us doubt our abilities, judgment and prevent us from taking calculated risks. It can also inhibit us from setting ambitious goals and acting on them. When our self-esteem is low, our brain is in overdrive mode and we hyper-focus on mistakes. It can also affect our mood, sleep, relationships, and performance.
