In a post-pandemic age where about 70% of state workers in Thurston County telework at least once a week, DES is working to meet Gov. Jay Inslee's goal to reduce office space by at least 30% for leases in privately-owned buildings expiring in fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The goal is 20% for fiscal years 2024 and 2025.

Get Capitol Campus Emergency Alerts from Everbridge
WA Agency Alerts is the emergency notification system for the Washington State Capitol Campus. It uses the Everbridge application to notify you in a variety of ways about imminent threats to health and safety.
When there's an incident on Capitol Campus that's a potential safety risk or imminent threat, the system sends alerts to a registered device.
