Virtual Meeting Facilitation Basics
Whether you're a leader, manager, or supervisor, being able to effectively facilitate virtual meetings is an important skill to have in today's business world. In this course, we'll focus on how to actively engage meeting participants using Zoom as our virtual platform. MS Teams modules can also be made available You'll learn techniques for keeping everyone on track and ensuring that the meeting is productive. By the end of this course, you'll be able to confidently lead virtual meetings that get results.
Modeled after the Kolb learning cycle approach where participants have a concrete experience, reflect on what they observed, conceptualize the learning into their current work, then practice active experimentation with other participants. This technique is highly interactive, engages visual, auditory, and experiential learners through activities and applying learnings to an upcoming meeting they are planning to convene.
