GC/CM Project Selections
Within RCW 39.10, per requirements in RCW 39.10.270, DES has been certified through the project review committee to use the General Contractor / Construction Management (GC/CM) procedure, when appropriate. The submissions are public records and will be disclosed. Following the selection completion, the Statement of Qualifications and Final Proposals will be posted on this webpage.
Public Works Bidding
DES is launching a new bidding portal (Bonfire) that will allow you to submit bids and proposals to DES online and will replace current submission methods. (Oct. 1, 2023 for contractor bidding, early 2024 for all other public works opportunities). Register now, and learn more.
Updated COVID Proclamation Recission
Effective immediately, in response to Governor Inslee’s rescission of the COVID-19 declaration of emergency and all other remaining COVID-19 proclamations, the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is ending the following COVID-19 requirements:
- Covid-19 Vaccination Declaration
- Covid-19 Vaccination Verification Plans
Continue to follow remaining safety regulations from the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of Health. Be aware that facilities managed or occupied by other organizations may continue to have COVID-19 related restrictions or requirements.
