Contracts with Diverse Spend

DES has created a search function that will allow customers to search specifically for which Master Contracts offer vendors that are certified Small, Veteran, Minority, Women or Minority and Women owned businesses.

This tool can be located on the Current Statewide Master Contracts, using the contract search tool or by clicking on the 3rd bullet under “Search of view contracts” (see below).

Customers can search contracts by category (small, veteran, minority, women, women and minority) or can choose to have all contracts with businesses in these categories display.

Two-Tier Contracts

In response to customer feedback, DES has made Two-Tier Master Contracts easily identifiable. The words “Two-Tier” are now posted in the top right hand corner of all Two-Tier Contract summary pages. This change makes it easier for customers to recognize which contracts require a second tier solicitation and creates better standardization for the contract summary pages.
